Dandelion Wine is about much more than just dandelions, but exploring the dandelion leads to examining its beauty and usefulness through artwork and other literary references, such as The Tooth of the Lion by Anita Sanchez. The dandelion is an amazingly resilient and functional flower, and I hope that, with projects such as this, to expand people's appreciation of this plant as something far more than a 'weed' to be poisoned and reviled. Just not a cool attitude towards a plant.
